Payment Options

We accept a variety of commerical insurances as well as private-pay (out-of-network) patients.

The insurances we accept are Aetna, BCBS, Midlands Choice, Centivo, and many Cigna plans.

For all patients, we require a credit card to be kept on file. This allows us to easily receive payment for co-pays, missed appointments or late cancellations, and amounts for service not covered by insurance.

For those paying out-of-pocket for appointments, your card will be charged at the time of service. We also accept cash or check if organized ahead of time.

We also accept HSA (Heath Savings Account).
