Nancy Handler, MD, is a board certified psychiatrist and the founder of Mind and Mood Mental Health, LLC located in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Handler received her medical degree from The University of Nebraska Medical Center. She continued her training at The University of Oklahoma where she completed her four years of residency training in psychiatry. During residency, she received extensive training in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Dr. Handler furthered her knowledge in perinatal psychiatry with training courses from Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Handler holds a medical license in Nebraska and Oklahoma. She is board certified with The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Handler is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, Obesity Medicine Association, and Postpartum Support International.
Dr. Handler founded Mind and Mood Mental Health, LLC in order to combine her extensive training and desire to help others to create an individualized treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Handler’s outpatient practice treats Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Insomnia, and other Mood Disorders.
Outside of work, Dr. Handler enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
Dr. Rohanni is a double board certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Rohanni has over 8 years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents with a variety of psychiatric conditions. Dr. Rohanni provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for all ages.
Dr. Rohanni obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. She completed residency in General Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of California Irvine in Orange, California.
Dr. Walling is a board-certified psychiatrist practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and continued her residency in Psychiatry at the OU Health campus where she also served as Chief Resident. During her training she focused on neuromodulatory treatments of psychiatric conditions such as TMS and ECT. She continues to expand her knowledge base concerning treatment refractory psychiatric conditions as well as comorbid substance abuse disorders via SAMSHA training initiatives. In practice she takes a collaborative approach to patient care and encourages overall mental and physical wellness. She currently holds licenses in Oklahoma and Nebraska and is board certified with The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In her free time, she likes to tackle home improvement projects and cook for her family and friends. She is also a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters
