What is ADHD?
Attention-Deficient hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can look somewhat different between children and adults. For both though, untreated ADHD can negatively effect school and work performance, relationships, and self-esteem.
Those with ADHD inattentive-type, often describe forgetting responsibilities, poor organization, and difficulty completing tasks. Symptoms of hyperactivity can be described as difficulty sitting still, excessive talking, and thrill seeking behaviors.
How is ADHD diagnosed?

How is ADHD treated?
The primary treatment of choice for ADHD is prescription medications and can include stimulant and non-stimulant medications.
