Mom Primal Scream Event - Omaha

The Mom Scream Event has been occurring all over the country and is a way for women to express all the emotions that they have felt while being mothers during a pandemic. Whether it be anger, guilt, frustration, sorrow, etc, women can come together and just scream! If coming together in a public place to scream is not your cup-of-tea, the New York Times has created a Primal Scream Telephone Line at 212-556-2736 for anyone to scream up to a full minute. 

The local Omaha event was organized my Mind and Mood Mental Health, LLC and the company founder and psychiatrist, Dr. Nancy Handler.
